Genre of PC Games

1. Role Playing Game (RPG)

RPG is one game which contains elements of the gameplay experience or leveling it. Usually in this game we have the freedom to roam the game world, and sometimes in some games, we can determine the ending of the game 

RPG games are divided into several genres again, namely:

a. Action RPG

Like the RPG games generally, but here given the action element, so the game is no longer monotone, and also requires expertise and our nimbleness in his play. Action RPG game example : Mass Effect, Elder Scroll Oblivion

b. Turn Based RPG (TBRPG)

Like the RPG games in general, but this game was we played like chess or monopoly, because we must wait our turn to advance our character.

2.  First Person Shooting (FPS)

FPS is a shooting game which has a central feature of which is the use of first person perspective which makes us behind the gun, example : Counter Strike, Call of Dutty 4, Left 4 Dead 2

3. Role Playing Shooting (RPS) 

RPS is a new genre in the gaming world, because in our RPS play the game like a FPS RPG with action shooting, Example : Borderlands, Fallout 3

4. Third Person Shooter (TPS)

TPS is similar towith FPS game which is a gameplay shot shoot it's just the point of view in use in this game is the third person, example : Gears of War, Lost Planet

5.  Strategy

STRATEGY is a genre of games which have the gameplay to regulate a unit or army to attack enemy bases in order win the game. usually in the game Strategy, we are required to look for gold to fund our troops

6. Simulation

Simulation Is a genre that emphasizes realism. All factors in this game is of considerable concern for the real world as closely. Any value, material, reference, and other factors are based on the real world. How to play is also different, because usually possessed sufficient control complicated. Genres include racing game simulation, flight, until the military. Example : Life Simulation, Flight Simulation, Army Simulation

7. Tycoon

Tycoon is a game which makes us as a bussinesman something that will develop the Property to be developed until behavior in the market. Example : Roller Coaster Tycoon, Sim City.

8. Racing

Racing Game is a kind of racing game which allows us to controlling a vehicle to win a race. Example : DIRT, GRID

9. Action Adventure

Action Adventure is a game of adventure one with rampant character full of action that will continue to exist until the game graduate

10. Arcade 

Arcade game is a genre of games that do not focus on the story, but only played "just for fun" or to chase points / highscore. Example : Pac Man, Bejeweled

11. Fighting Game

Fighting is fighting game genre. As in the arcade, the player can issue powerful moves in the fight. Fighting genre is usually one on one in a narrow arena. Example : Street Fighter 4

12. Sports

 The system will play vary depending on the type of sport that became the theme of the game. Example : PES, Tony Hawk
